All about rosters

After you have uploaded projects, and your positions are added, you can complete the process of rostering. Rostering is the process of taking the project and allocating players to it.

You can access rostering by the left hand navigation bar and selecting details. Make sure you drop into admin mode and then you can allocate players to each role.

You'll note that when rostering players, regular musicians are shown first, then casuals. If a casual is added, they will be sent a project invite. Upon their acceptance, the pending indicator will disappear. If they decline, they will be vacated from the chair and become unavailable to roster for that project.

Tip: You are able to copy and paste the text of a roster for easy program creation!
